We draw on our in-depth knowledge of contact centre recruitment to find just the right people. Each candidate is given an interview, either face-to-face or by telephone, in which we analyse their capability and suitability. We test their computer, admin and presentation skills wherever necessary. And by getting to know you and your business well, we'll to be sure they'll gel with your team and fit right in to that call centre or customer services job, we even use personality profiling and group exercises.

Once you've found the right person for your customer services job, ensuring that they are happy is key. Those first few months are all-important. So we'll keep in regular contact, and be there to support both you and your candidate every step of the way.
