Candidate Selection
Our selection processes are bespoke to each of our clients and will differ according to the discipline for which we are recruiting.
In order to provide effective solutions, we will customise key selection tools, which may include a combination of the following:
- Competency based telephone interviews
- Skill and competency based face-to-face interviews
- Hard skill testing — including computer, secretarial and aptitude tests
- Assessment centre design and delivery of group exercises and sales presentations
- Psychometric testing and personality profiling
Following an initial consultation with our clients, we are able to formulate a selection process designed to maximise candidate suitability. From this process we can provide our clients with accurate timescales within which a successful candidate(s) will be delivered.
