We understand the significance that staff retention has on business productivity and budgets. We firmly believe that the recruitment process is not completed on the successful introduction of a candidate to an employer.
Regular contact is maintained with candidates prior to start date with a new employer thus minimising any unexpected ‘no show’ on an agreed start date.
Similarly, we will maintain contact with candidates for an agreed period post-start date, thus ensuring any concerns or problems in the infancy of their new role can be dealt with effectively. Such candidate aftercare is historically proven to minimise the chance of a new employee leaving prematurely.
