We test their computer, secretarial and presentation skills wherever necessary. And by getting to know you andyour business we'll to be sure they'll gel with your team and fit right in to that admin or secretarial job, we even use personality profiling and group exercises.
Once you've found the right person for your admin or secretarial job, ensuring that they are happy is key. Those first few months are all-important. So we'll keep in regular contact, and be there to support both you and your candidate every step of the way.
