Before co-founding Red, Simon worked for two industry leading PLCs. From local SMEs to blue chips based regionally and nationally, he's handled a diverse range of clients. With over 15 years' recruitment experience, Simon has an in-depth understanding of the recruitment market and, crucially, what matters to our clients.

Neil gained over 20 years' experience in recruitment before co-founding Red. He's been a professional consultant in both commercial and contact centre recruitment and a trainer for teams of recruitment professionals. Potential employers have turned to him for advice on South Wales as the new location for their business. These days, Neil uses all this experience to help our clients' businesses flourish across South Wales and the West. 

A recruitment professional since 1995, before co-founding Red Katy worked for one of recruitment’s leading PLCs. A specialist in designing and delivering recruitment and retention strategies for contact centres, Katy has worked with a great many of the UK’s leading centres. She is passionate about developing best practice and as such has been instrumental in setting up industry focus groups in this area.

After 10 years specialising in accountancy recruitment, John joined Red to spearhead our accountancy arm. Having worked for a market leading independent recruiter and for a FTSE100 business, John brings with him an excellent understanding of the accountancy profession and an appreciation of the value in building and developing long term, mutually beneficial relationships.
