Every candidate is given a face-to-face interview in which we analyse their aspirations, expectations and qualifications. We also use our own QwizTM programme to test their hard skills.

Once you've found the right person for your accounting job, retaining them is key. Those first few months are all-important. So we'll keep in regular contact, and be there to support both you and your candidate every step of the way.
